1. Membership Fees

Membership fees grant access to exclusive benefits and services on our platform. These fees are non-refundable to ensure the sustainability and quality of our offerings.

  • Detailed Example: Suppose you choose an annual premium membership at 1999 BRL/year to access advanced analytics and featured listing positions. Three months into your membership, you decide to cancel. In this scenario, the remaining unused portion of the membership fee is non-refundable, as we allocate these funds to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the premium features.

2. Listing Fees

The listing fee is a one-time charge that covers the cost of advertising your property. This fee is non-refundable once your listing is live, as resources are immediately allocated to promote your property.

  • Clarification: For example, if you list a property for 49 BRL and then choose to remove your listing after a week, the initial fee cannot be refunded. This policy is in place because we’ve already invested in marketing your property to potential buyers during that time.

3. Technical Issues

We strive to ensure a seamless experience on our platform. However, if you encounter a technical issue that significantly impedes your ability to use a paid feature, we’re here to help.

  • Example & Procedure: Imagine you’ve paid for a feature that highlights your listing, but due to a technical glitch, your listing does not appear as featured. Please contact our customer support within 24 hours with a detailed description of the issue and any relevant screenshots. Our team will investigate and, if the fault is on our end, offer a refund or a suitable alternative such as extending your feature at no extra cost.

4. Disputes

We take disputes seriously and review them on a case-by-case basis, aiming for a resolution that is fair and satisfactory to our users.

  • Example of Dispute Handling: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a billing error, please reach out to us with both transaction details. After verifying the mistake, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
